A perspective to cure some mental illness.

Allot of people crawl down the rabbit hole, and then they come back all white in the face, so give this rather to someone who is suffering from mental-illness cause you might not understand the poem.

The whole poem is repetitive/long so as to reach out to different people with different perspectives.
Feedback, comments, general screaming, ..., is welcome (but do not neglect the local group's rules) 😃
I even think i brought back an archaic word "perceiver" which just means "a-person/something perceiving".

I like to convey some experience that fixed me.

I am explaining a couple of steps in the thought process to show a fallacy/error that happens when the left side brain misinterprets perception received through the right side brain cause the left side brain is just using pattern matching like it is use to do.

The left side brain is not doing anything wrong. It is just doing its thing: pattern matching logic. Essentially, the last 10000+ times it has received data, it has almost always been right in front of its nose & in the immediate local area: a book, a movie, a person talking to you, ..., etcetera. It has almost always fallen into the category of being local & directed towards the perceiver. Thus, the left side brain simply recognizes a pattern that becomes a reaction.

Yet it is that pattern matching that the left side brain conducts that misinterprets right side brain perception. It simply categorizes right side brain perception as having something to do with the perceiver cause such a decision has become a reaction. You start perceiving falsely due to a reaction that makes you think what you perceive is about you, directed towards you, or intended for you (this is due to the pattern matching, and it is the fallacy).

The whole mental illness is an inevitable result of a constant bombardment of misinterpreted right side brain perceptions that leads to trauma that leads to ... that leads to medication.

It is not all about you.

I'd like to end with a quote by Neil Kramer.
"You feel what I am talking about here. Do not worry about the words, or terminology, or when we talk about entities, 4d, divine, and God. Do not worry about it too much. Just swap it out for your own language, but the way we are talking about this is what matters. The attitude that we are conjuring up here is what is relevant. This way of being is very powerful. Not many can deal with it who are operating solely in the negative."
